Innovative and Creative Entrepreneur and Venture Builder with experience covering Financial Services, Technology, Transportation and AI/Machine Learning. Currently owns and operates two technology companies with proprietary software platforms.

Logistrics ( is in its 12th year of operation in the last mile transportation software, resource management, scheduling and tracking space serving the transportation sector including the largest railroad crew hauler in the U.S besides a number of commercial enterprises. Logistrics is also active in the Commercial Autonomous Vehicles (CAVe) space.

CogniFrame ( was founded by Vish in March 2016 and is a young company in the AI/Machine Learning (Cognitive as a Service) space with initial focus on the use of adaptive learning in the credit approval process with a financial institution in Canada as a client. It is also expanding into the healthcare space.

Besides previous stints in senior leadership roles with both Scotiabank (including as General Manager) & HSBC covering retail banking, payments, etc., he has significant global business experience covering North America, Caribbean, South America, Europe & Asia. Prior to founding Logistrics in 2006, Vish worked as a Vice President & Officer of the U.S Subsidiary of BCE Emergis (Emergis Technologies). He has also held board/equity positions in a few startups. Vish holds an Economics degree and an MBA both from the University of Mumbai, India. . He is a member of York Angels, the largest angel investor network in Southern Ontario. He was recently included in the prestigious A List (for its 2018 edition); a publication that highlights the Top Indo-Canadians based on their contributions in Canada.

Entrepreneurial Achievements/Awards

  • Founded and bootstrapped Logistrics (Little Services Gateway Inc) into a profitable fast-growing company. The company has clients and partnerships across North America and is poised for rapid expansion in the last mile transportation and Commercial Autonomous Vehicles space.
  • BDC 10 years in business award 2016.

Future Goals

Besides growing existing ventures, Vish expects to incubate several new ventures as “Canadian created Canadian owned” entities in the coming years contributing immensely to the technology ecosystem and competencies besides creating local employment. His goal is to help create Canadian Global Companies.
